Will I be in a room with people I don’t know?

No, you will only be in an escape room with the group that you booked with.

Are all rooms suitable for children?

All rooms are suitable for children, even the spookier Haunted Hotel Room. You know your children best, so use your own discretion when it comes to your child's age and personal experiences with things they might find scary. All rooms are definitely suitable for children ages 8 and up with a supervisor.

Will I actually be locked inside of a room?

Level Up Escape Rooms are designed to never lock you in a room, the rooms are objective based instead. Rather than having to escape the room you have to find codes for a safe or achieve another objective to complete the room.

What do I need to provide for an escape room?

All we need from you is a clean room with a door and a few tables to be able to create your escape room experience.
